# Polar Governance Module

The Polar Governance Module transforms ARCTIC from a mere protocol into a community-driven ecosystem. It implements a sophisticated voting and proposal system that allows token holders to guide the protocol's evolution.

Governance Features:

Proposal System: Any token holder can submit proposals for protocol improvements. These proposals go through a structured process:

* Initial discussion period
